I was born and raised in Louisville and have been originating mortgages since 2008. I've closed nearly 2,000 loans, through changing rates, lending programs, and housing markets.

Why I work as a broker

Working as a broker gives me more lenders and loan programs to compare for each client. I have access to more than 200 lenders, so I can look at conventional, government-backed, jumbo, and specialty options instead of limiting the conversation to one set of products.

That helps on a straightforward home purchase as much as on a more involved financing need. I compare costs, documentation requirements, and loan structure against what you want to accomplish.

What working with me is like

I'll show you how the options compare: the payment, the fees, mortgage insurance, the cash you need at closing, and the cost over the years you expect to keep the loan. Then we work through the trade-offs together.

On a refinance, that comparison includes keeping the loan you already have. On a purchase, it includes how much you want to put down and how much cash you want to keep afterward.
